Our Approach

At Mila, we follow the approach outlined below:

  • Initial Consultation: We begin with a free, no-obligation introductory session lasting 30 minutes. In this conversation, we’ll explore together whether we’re the right fit for you.

  • Follow-up Sessions: Subsequent sessions last 60 minutes.

  • Duration of the Process: On average, 4 to 6 sessions are needed.

  • Methodologies: We utilize various evidence-based methods, such as Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
